During the conference, a team of researchers will conduct several expert interviews on the subject of “Industrial Internet of Things – strategies of collaboration with global partners”. The interviews are part of a study funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
This study is coordinated by Prof. Henning Kagermann, president of the National Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech) and former CEO of SAP. The goal is to prepare guidelines for international companies by evaluating potentials and risks of international collaboration in the context of Industrial IoT and by identifying standardisation needs.
